A cookbook designed for my second typography class. A twelve-page spread with a book cover, back page, end papers, recipes and chapter openers displaying traditional Liberian foods.

CONCEPT STATEMENT:


A collection of traditional and primarily spicy Liberian cuisine you’d happily eat as leftovers (cold bowls).

  • spicy, fiery

  • bold, vibrant

  • traditional - tribal masks, lappas (floral cloths)

  • tropical, humid

  • meat-heavy, savory
